Maple Lemon Asparagus

Ingredients 
1 bunch asparagus 
1 tablespoon olive oil 
1 clove garlic 
2 tablespoons lemon juice 
1/4 cup Baird Farm amber maple syrup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Trim the ends off the asparagus and brush with olive oil. Mince the garlic.
In a small pan, combine the garlic, lemon juice, maple syrup, and soy sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes over low heat until the garlic is cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the asparagus for 6-8 minutes or until tender but not mushy. Toss the asparagus with the sauce and serve.
