Sumac & Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Baird Farm sumac infused maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Halve and trim the sprouts. Toss the sprouts with the oil, sumac syrup, garlic, and salt. Spread them out on a baking sheet. Place in the middle of the preheated oven and cook for 25 minutes or until well browned and crispy. Stir halfway through cooking.
