Maple Balsamic Dressing

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup amber maple syrup
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Add all dressing ingredients to a jar. Cover and shake well. Taste and adjust to your liking. Store in the fridge for up to a week, letting it warm to room temperature and giving the jar another shake before using.
