Minty Fruit Salad
- ½ cup Baird Farm mint infused maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 8 cups fresh fruit cut into bite-sized pieces (such as pears, apples, grapes, kiwi, plums, raspberries, blackberries, and pineapple)
- A handful of fresh mint leaves, to garnish
Whisk together the mint maple syrup, lemon juice, and zest in a small bowl. Add the fruit to a large bowl, pour over the maple mixture, and gently toss to combine. Let chill in the fridge for about an hour for the flavors to meld. Serve topped with fresh mint leaves.
