Spruce Old Fashioned
- 1 small slice of orange
- 1 ounce Baird Farm spruce infused maple syrup
- 2-3 dashes of bitters
- 2 ounces of bourbon whiskey
- Splash of seltzer
- Maraschino cherries
Add the slice of orange to the bottom of a small glass and pour over the spruce maple syrup and bitters. Gently muddle. Add a few ice cubes to the glass and pour in the bourbon. Top off with a splash of club soda. Stir. Garnish with cherries and serve.
