Makes 1 drink
- 1 ounce Baird Farm sumac infused maple syrup
- 1 ½ ounces pomegranate juice
- ½ ounce lime juice
- 2 ounces vodka
- Orange slices and cinnamon sticks, for serving
In a cocktail shaker, pour the sumac syrup, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and vodka. Add a few ice cubes, cover, and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a glass filled halfway with fresh ice. Top off with seltzer and garnish with an orange slice and cinnamon stick.
