This is what you came for: 11lbs of pancake smothering pure Vermont maple syrup. This is what we use in our house (of course we live on a maple farm). It takes approximately 55 gallons of raw sap to produce a mere gallon of finished syrup. That's crazy! The Gallon is available in all grades.
