Maple Sugar - Half Pound Bag

Made right here on the farm, try our maple sugar for any of your baking projects. In every gallon of liquid syrup there's about 7 lbs of raw sugar. We take our Grade A organic maple syrup and boil it down until the sugars crystallize. Once the sugar is granulated, we sift it, weigh it, and bag it! Substitute granulated maple sugar in a 1:1 ratio in any recipe for white or brown sugar. It works great as a dry rub too! Once you try it there's no going back to white sugar.
